What’s a Brewola? It’s a club brewing event of a special kind. Have fun, show off your brewing skills, and learn how different beers can be from the same recipe. Brewolas (or meadolas) highlight how process, water, yeast selection, and other small variations impact the end result.
After recipe design, everyone makes their version. Then we set a date for bringing everyone together to share the end result. Below you’ll find various recipes from our brewolas over the years.
