Our club has a handful of barrel projects on-going, most of which are small groups of members that get together on a regular basis (often yearly) to all brew the same recipe and place it in a barrel for long term aging. Some of these projects start as clean, barrel aged beers and others are started with souring in mind. Pretty much all eventually end up souring, though, and generally increase in complexity as the years pass. This page houses a collection of recipes put through our various barrels, with some details about the aging process included where applicable.
