The education program starts at 7PM. It will feature Cory Emal and Gregg Wilmes talking about the proposed fermentation studies program at EMU. They have a short presentation and will take questions from the club. Cory says:
Our main points are likely to be:
- structure of the program,
- how the AABG can interface/collaborate directly with the program,
- and if there are opportunities to spin off small chunks of the program occasionally as ‘weekend courses’ for AABG members and other interested folks in the community.
We’re certainly happy to take the conversation in whatever direction the group wants, though.
