Barbara Wilson of Mindo Chocolates will be speaking to the club as the “Educational” component of our Friday meeting @ 7:00PM at Adventures in Homebrewing (our club house for the next three months) in Ann Arbor.
With any luck, they might also be bringing samples . For those who wish to hear about this subject, do what you can to be there at 7:00 sharp (or a few minutes early). For those not interested in hearing about this topic, please respect our speakers until they are done (7:30ish) by keeping your nonrelated conversations quite.
If you have a chocolate or Theobromine tea beer or mead that utilizes these, please bring it along to help demonstrate the possibilities!
