I wasn't able to add the calendar to my Google account. Might be becasue I use Google Apps and it's not completely integrated w/ the publically availble Google Applications.
I'd like to use one burner and regulator on the weekend of September 24-26. Can I use only part of the system? I can understand the need to keep the system together if it's somewhere other than Mike's place. Willing to pickup from the current location.
I'll likely send this to the listserv too since there's not a lot activity here.

Mike and I are experimenting with setting up a Google calendar to simplify management of the club Pico system reservations. The calendar can currently be viewed by anyone using the following link:

To edit it, you must sign into your Google account (or create one) and then add it to your calendars. Mike can comment otherwise, but I imagine the simplest way would be for folks to just add themselves to the calendar for days they intend to use it. (Arrangements would still have to be made with the previous holder of the system for pick-up.)
Maybe a few folks could try this out and give us some feedback on any bugs.

I'm scheduled to use the system this weekend (May 28-31), and need to arrange time and place to pick it up.
Who currently has the system? Where are you located? If possible, I'd like to pick it up Friday, either right after work (say, between 5-6 pm), or later in the evening (between 8-10pm).
Let me know what works best.

I stopped by briefly on Saturday to check out the club system and had the pleasure of seeing the mash tun completely packed to the top with ~46 lbs. of grain. It was a beautiful sight. Topping it off with water probably resulted in a 1 quart water per pound of grain ratio. Thickest mash I've seen for sure.

The AABG has a 15 gallon pico-System ((3) burners & kettles (2) screens, lids & pumps, (1) immersion wort chiller, paddle & lighter).
I am currently the 'keeper' of the system – or at least know where it's at – most of the time

The 'price' for using the system is $1 per gallon brewed – this money goes to maintain and upgrade the sytetm. You provide the propane – I can supply a tank if necessary.
They system is currently being held by Dave VanEck and or Chris Frailleigh
