Spencer will be “presenting” a set of 11 dry hopped beers at the April meeting, starting at 7PM.  We have 2 cases of Wolverine Premium Lager. 4 bottles each are dry hopped with 11 hops, leaving 4 bottles plain for comparison. The hops are Citra, Crystal, Kent Goldings (UK), Amarillo, Cascade, Saaz (CZ), Galaxy (Aus), Hallertau Mittlefruh (Ger?), Vanguard, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin (NZ). About 2 grams was placed in each bottle. The remaining 3/4 oz of each hop will be available for a donation to the club, as will about 100 O2 barrier bottle caps.
